Jessica and Brian’s Magical Oak Ridge Farm Wedding!
Jessica and Brian were married October 12, 2013 at the beautiful Oak Ridge Farm Bed & Breakfast. At The Heels Weddings and Events put together an amazing day for our couple and their guests.
We began our day in the bridal suite with Pink Warrior Makeup Artistry making this already beautiful bride even more stunning with hair and makeup service. Angela really knows her stuff! The wedding dress was perfect and the Tom’s heels were so much fun! This amazing bouquet, handmade by bride, matched the decor throughout the wedding. Jessica’s sister, who was also her maid of honor, and her mother were present helping Jessica every step of the way making this morning’s activities beyond perfect!
The boutonnieres, worn by the groomsmen, matching the bouquets and other decor were pinned with care. Brian even pinned his son’s (who was also the best man) boutonnieres himself making an incredibly tender moment between father and son.
Brian and Jessica chose to do a first look before the ceremony. The approach by the bride and the look of surprise and loving adoration on the groom’s face were priceless!
The rings were beautiful and actually seemed to fit their personalities. The details, carefully chosen by the bride and planner, were amazing and everything tied together perfectly!
The afternoon was perfect for shooting so we took full advantage of the beautiful property along with some of the details to get this couple some really awesome wedding portraits!
The ceremony was so sweet! The excited Jessica and her father walked down the aisle to her nervous but adoring groom. The Bamboo Watering ceremony was perfect as three people, Jessica, Brian and his son, became one family. In Chinese culture, bamboo is a symbol of upright, strong and resilience while still being gentle, graceful and refined, just as this new family will be.
The reception was so much fun! C’leb Entertainment provided the music and from the first dance to the cake cutting, the entire evening was filled with love, laughter, and dancing into the night! Jessica’s sister gave a heart warming toast as our wonderful couple looked on. When two families, and in this case from two different cultures, become one, it is a truly magical event!
The goodbyes were met with tears and cheers as our brand new Mr. and Mrs. smiled through a bubble filled exit into their new lives together as husband and wife!
I absolutely LOVE these photos! Especially the photo where love is blurred out while someone is writing! Great job!!!
